CHARACTERISTICS
Economy: The Checker Plus is a fully stocked pH meter at a price that anyone who needs to take pH measurements can get.
Large LCD Display: Enhanced LCD display that displays readings, stability, low battery indicator and calibration labels.
Replacement pH Electrode: The supplied HI1271 pH electrode is 103mm long and terminates in a diameter of 8mm at the end of the meter. This narrow electrode fits easily into test tubes, vials and other containers with a small opening.
Automatic Calibration: The Checker Plus automatically calibrates at one or two points. Calibration memories are automatically recognized and after calibration the buffer values used are shown on the screen as a label.
Stability Indicator: An hourglass pointer is displayed on the LCD screen until a stable reading is obtained. Once the reading stabilizes, the hourglass pointer disappears and the measurement can then be recorded.
Auto Power Off: The meter can be turned off automatically after 8 minutes or 60 minutes to preserve battery life, in case the meter has been left on. The auto-off function can be disabled.
Long battery life: Checker Plus has an excellent battery life of around 1000 hours. When the battery power is low, a low battery indicator appears.
Plastic Carrying Case: The HI98100 pH Checker Pocket pH Meter comes with a durable plastic carrying case.
